Cattlelacs Calfry Cookoff Registration
Thanks for being a part of our 6th Annual
Cattlelacs Calfry and the only Calf Fry Cook-off in the world! (At
least as far as I know.) Here's the details...

The entry fee for each team is $300.

WE PROVIDE you a 20'x20' area for
setup, passes/wristbands for 10
team members, a 3 to 5 lb. bag
of calf testicles (thank you Craig Archer), 1 case of beer, and 10
gift bags containing Calfry '08 t-shirts, programs, and more.
Diesel Green in Austin will be happy to recycle your used oil
for fuel (so please no hydrogenated oils). Austin Outhouse is
providing "green"
port-a-potties, and we'll also have recycle bins for aluminum cans.

YOU PROVIDE your own cooker, cooking
oil (not hydrogenated please), seasonings, cooking supplies, and
condiments (mustard, ketchup,
relish, etc?). You'll need a creative presentation with shade,
tables/chairs/other setup for your team, and electrical power if
needed. You can also cook extra balls if you have 'em.

The Manchaca Firehall will be
serving free beans and coleslaw, ice, water, & tea, so individuals can
bring their plate by your booth to add fries. They will also be
selling $3 beer and $3 corndogs.

Judging will be based on 2 categories
and prizes will be awarded for
the best of each: Taste and
Booth Presentation. And again this year, the prizes are original
chainsaw carvings by Doug Moreland! Awards ceremony between musical
acts.

You may arrive at any time between
Friday evening and Saturday at 3pm. The gates open at 3pm, so
please be setup by then, concert
starts around 5pm approximately, calfry judging and serving at 7pm.

team's

tickets and any other info to the team contact person so they can be
disbursed to team members. And if you have a team
name, please include that as your company. We won't run your

Cattlelacs Calfry is very excited about having your company join us for
a great day of good music, food, and fun! Calfry doesn’t want anyone
leaving empty handed at the end of the day, and with your generous
contribution we will be able to make Calfry bigger and better than ever!
